Returns/Exchange Policy
Frames from our generic collection will be unconditionally warranted
for 180 days from the date of delivery.
All frames and sunglasses are not warranted if prescription lenses
are mounted by a third party.
In the event a frame cannot be repaired or replaced during the
warranty period, and lenses were purchased from us, then new-like
lenses will be provided at no charge in a frame of equal or lesser
value.
The patient assumes all risks of lenses and/or frames being re-used,
modified or re-adjusted. The utmost care is given to the patient's
supplied product. However, breakage can and does happen on occasion.
In the event of breakage, a 15% courtesy discount will be extended
if the patient wishes to replace the damaged goods at our office.
Purchase of a "Scratch-Resistant-Coating" does not guarantee
scratch-proof performance of the lenses. The coating will only provide
protection of lenses from minor scratches. In the event lenses are
severely scratched, a 20% courtesy discount will be extended if
the patient wishes to replace the lenses at our office.
All non-disposable contact lenses purchases may be returned within
the first 7 days for a store-credit-only refund (excludes professional
fees). Disposable lenses are returnable (store credits only) if
the boxes are unopened, there is no writing on the boxes and the
purchase is made within 7 days of the date of return
In the event a patient is unhappy with the vision in their spectacles,
a second exam will be provided at no additional charge, and the
appropriate changes, if any, will be made to the lenses. If the
patient is still unhappy, then the patient will, at their own expense,
select another office to have their eyes examined. Our office will
then remake the lenses a third time to the doctor's prescription.
Unless there are deviations from the supplied prescriptions, this
will conclude the services/materials provided at no charge to the
patient.
